‘Home from Home’ will provide 185 members of the public from varied backgrounds (education, heritage, libraries and the local community) volunteering opportunities.  Participants in the volunteering programme will be able to acquire and or develop soft skills or heritage, research, archiving skills that can facilitate their entry into the heritage industry. 

It is estimated that approximately 1080 volunteering days will be committed to the project.
